The Brief

Neil envisioned a modern kitchen space that embodied both elegance and warmth. He wanted an open layout and minimalist features to create a serene environment. The kitchen had a focus on natural light to enhance the spaciousness of the area. Neil was interested in a palette that combined soft neutrals with bold, textured accents, adding depth and character to the design. The overall aesthetic aimed to be sleek and contemporary, blending warm tones with subtle contrasts for a balanced, refined look.

  We decided to get our kitchen refit done by TBKC as their sister company TBBC upgraded our bathrooms so well. It was a major piece of work with wall removal, new electrics & plumbing etc. Alex did an amazing job of working with us to define exactly what we were looking for, and tailored the result to our needs, aspirations and budget. The fitters arranged by TBKC were highly skilled perfectionists with years of experience, and we felt we were in safe hands throughout the process. The result is simply stunning - better than we hoped it would be. We just cooked our first full meal in our "for life" kitchen, and couldn't be happier with it. Everything just flows and works in the room, which is fast becoming the heart of our home. I would gladly recommend TBKC to anyone looking for a well designed, well built, stylish kitchen upgrade.

  This is the place in Brighton and Hove to go to have your bespoke dream kitchen or bathroom designed. The BKC pride themselves on attention to detail when it comes to design, and will factor in the most minute and nuanced details, that you may otherwise overlook, to make the space practical and aesthetically pleasing. Ergonomics is also a key.
This was our second time using BKC, following the design and installation of two bathrooms a few years ago.
What we like about BKC is that their designs produce a wow factor, are trendy, yet timeless. The materials and products used are bespoke and of superior quality, while also nationally sourced. We had our kitchen designed by Alex, who listened to our every whim and at the same time suggested different ideas, which we may not have considered ourselves. Chris, the managing director, was super helpful with choosing the tiles -
we went for porcelain, mini metro dark green.
We are now looking forward to the kitchen being finally finished, just in time for Christmas. Pics to follow.

  We have been very pleased with the service provided by Alex and Mark, the installer/builder. Having a new kitchen can be a painful experience but this was seamless and hassle free. Everyone involved was polite, friendly, helpful and skilled. The result a beautiful kitchen where cooking and working is even more of a pleasure.

  Chris and Alex were exceptional. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and good listeners. And they have a good set of subcontractors who were very extremely user-friendly. We worked with Alex to create a fantastic kitchen in our Kent cottage, Alex has great design knowledge and turned our ideas into a superb kitchen. He spent a lot of time designing our perfect kitchen / dining room and offered various options for us to consider with a lot of attention to detail.   Chris, Darren and TBKC team did a fabulous job with the design and fitting of our bespoke Shaker in-frame kitchen. It was not a straightforward job at all due to some architectural quirks of the house and some non-standard requests on my part. They were patient, communicative, helpful, and they had my back every step of the way. The kitchen was installed as part of a whole-house renovation where the TBKC team had to work under non-ideal circumstances (I chose the wrong building contractors, unfortunately) and they were extremely flexible during a busy time to deliver as promised. TBKC is composed of real artisans who take pride in their work so I'm not surprised that the final result is breathtaking, functional and the high quality I expected for the price point. I absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again for other cabinetry needs.

  We started planning our kitchen in 2020 with the help of the lovely team at TBKC in Hickstead. Taking our own ideas, colours and vision they transformed the space resulting in the most beautiful, handmade bespoke kitchen. Every detail was thoroughly thought through from our integrated fridge freezer and white goods to taps, door handles, a pantry cupboard and little added extras like lights in the cookery book shelves. We absolutely love the final outcome - every visitor is in awe -  and would highly recommend Chris, Louis and the team. If you’re looking for your dream kitchen this is the place to go. Professional, reliable and couldn’t do more for you. Each step of the way they’ve been great. Thank you to TBKC for our amazing kitchen.

  After downsizing and leaving our lovely kitchen behind we needed an extension to the new one . Visiting Chris with just a building plan not yet approved by the council. A little bit taken aback he started planning what is now a beautiful new kitchen designed around the new Aga, having had one for about 25 years neither of us could cope with the high tech hob and ovens we had inherited. When he and Louis first visited before we had started the extension nothing phased them , designed and ordered before it was even started with Louis visiting often to see the progress. At last with the building finished Aga installed , Brian arrived to fit the Kitchen he was amazing. Any queries we had were soon sorted. Abby and I are really pleased with our new kitchen and thank all the team for their patience with all the hold ups with the building, materials being difficult to get sometimes.
We would thoroughly recommend the Brighton kitchen company.
